The dashboard

The Dashboard is where you land after signing in. It answers one question: what is happening across my devices right now, and what needs me?

This page explains each panel and how the numbers are calculated.

The time window

A selector at the top offers 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. It changes the Deployment Activity counters underneath.

It does not change Needs Attention, Live Deployments, or Hosts in Context. Those are about the present, not a period.

Needs Attention

Sits at the top because it is the part you act on. It gathers three things, and each sub-section is hidden when it is empty. When all three are empty the panel reads "Nothing needs attention."

Failed deployments. Runs that ended in failure.

Stalled deployments. Runs that are still active and started more than 10 minutes ago.

Hosts whose last deployment failed. Devices listed by name, whose most recent run failed. A device appears here even if that failure was some time ago, because the point is that nothing has succeeded on it since.

"Stalled" is measured from when the run started, not from when it last reported. A deployment that legitimately takes longer than ten minutes appears here while it is working perfectly well. Treat it as a prompt to look, not a diagnosis.

This is a different measure from the one on the Deployments page, which flags an active run that has not reported for 60 seconds. The two answer different questions and will not always agree. See Deployment states.

Live Deployments

Runs in flight right now, with the device and workflow named rather than shown as identifiers. When nothing is running it reads "Nothing deploying right now".

Deployment Activity

Six counters over the selected window.

CounterWhat it counts
ExecutedRuns started in the window
CompletedRuns that finished successfully in the window
FailedRuns that failed in the window
Success RateCompleted divided by Executed, shown as a percentage
Unique HostsDistinct devices that ran anything in the window
All-Time ReachDistinct devices that have ever run anything

All-Time Reach ignores the time window. Every other counter changes when you switch between 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. That one does not, because it is a lifetime total. If it looks wrong next to the others, this is why.

Success Rate reads 0% when nothing executed in the window, rather than being blank or undefined. A quiet period looks the same as a bad one, so read it alongside Executed.

Hosts in Context

The devices your organization has worked with, each showing when it was last active and how its most recent run ended. A device that has never run anything is listed as having no deployments rather than being hidden.

This is the closest thing to a device list. There is no separate Hosts page, by design. Devices are shown in terms of what has happened to them.

Managed clients

Only appears for organizations that manage others, and only for members whose role allows it. It summarizes each managed organization with its attention count, how many runs it executed, and its success rate, so a partner can see across their clients without switching between them.

Who can see it

Every role can see the Dashboard, including Viewer. It needs an active subscription, like the rest of the app. See Roles and permissions.
